The hotel had a strong and unpleasant odor upon entering, possibly due to dampness. Limited English proficiency among the staff made communication challenging at times.

This hotel is conveniently located near the center of town, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms are bright and decorated with style, providing a comfortable atmosphere. the staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests, such as arranging private car services at a good rate. the hotel offers free breakfast, allowing guests to start their day off right. the café on the first floor is a great spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.

One downside to this hotel is a slight smell upon entry, possibly due to dampness. this issue is quickly resolved by turning on the air conditioning in the room.

The Hip Inn Coffee in Phitsanulok offers great value for money. With its fair prices, this hotel is a perfect choice for budget travelers. The bright and stylishly decorated rooms provide a comfortable stay, and the coffee shop on the first floor adds a convenient touch. The friendly staff ensures a pleasant experience, and the location near Sanambin street is a plus for exploring the town.

The rooms were well-decorated with great attention to detail, providing a cozy atmosphere during my Christmas stay. the location was perfect as it was close to key attractions but away from the busy streets. the breakfast was top-notch, with a broad selection of food and drink options that catered to all tastes. One of my favourite things was the friendly staff who made me feel welcome and at home.

Despite the pleasant experience, the wifi was not particularly stable, which was a downside for someone who needed to work remotely. the surroundings were not lively and offer very limited options for entertainment outside of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The minimalist decor was surprising, with a unique combination of Californian-Japanese style. The big bed lying on the floor was extremely comfortable, and the efficient Wifi was a major plus. The hotel graciously served us breakfast half an hour before the usual time due to our early flight. The location, although not near the center of town, was close to the airport and conveniently close to the only attraction in this city, The Mahour Tawnee Folk Museum, which is definitely worth a visit.
